On Friday, January 9 he will unveil his proposed biennial budget which is expected to take steps to eliminate the state income tax, reduce government spending, further the administration’s efforts to move Mainer’s from “poverty to prosperity” through “welfare reform”, and address Maine’s aging infrastructure.
