President Obama Signs Spending Bill – Including Hours-of-Service Restart Provisions
President Obama signed the FY 2015 Omnibus Appropriations bill providing funding for the vast majority of the federal government. Included in that legislation is language that provides relief from the two new restrictions on the hours-of-service restart rule championed by Senator Susan Collins.
